Our Story: From One Timed Vault to LockedFans

My name's Marco and I started LockedFans because I wanted a keyholder but didn't have one.

A keyholder is the person who holds the key, and the clock. Finding one is harder than it sounds. The people who share this kink are out there, but they are rarely the people you meet in everyday life. So I started with the part I could solve on my own: accountability.

It began with a vault

LockedFans began with the Keyholder Vault, a timed vault for a standard physical key, with no override. Set the timer, and the key stays put until it ends. It was there to keep me honest when no one else was. It is still here today, as half of the Keyholder System.

Then I built an app to go with it, as the vault's companion. That part did not go to plan. People loved the app more than the vault itself. I think it answered the problem I started with: it is hard to find others who share this kink. In late June 2026, LockedFans relaunched as what it is now, a social network for the chastity community.

Where we are now

When I first shared this story with our members in July, we were much smaller. As of October 2026, LockedFans is 9,500+ members in 117 countries. Together they have logged 700K+ hours locked and 24K+ cage checks, and we have shipped 500+ units.

Made to be kept

The store exists for the same reason the vault did. If a lock is going to be part of your life, the hardware should be worth keeping. The collection is small, and every piece is chosen with care.

Every order also includes months of LockedFans+, the premium membership of the LockedFans app. Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging, and your card statement reads VISIONARIO INC.

Not everyone wants the hardware, needs it or can afford it, and I understand that. The community is free to join.

Talk to me

If you have an issue, feedback or a suggestion, I want to hear it. My DMs in the app are always open, and so is support@lockedfans.com.
