All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 2–4 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as carriers may take time to scan packages into their system.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check the website for current offers.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. LockedFans has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings, logos, or descriptions that indicate the contents. The sender name on the shipping label will appear as a generic corporate name. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
If your tracking shows your package has not been updated for more than 15 business days after shipment, or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us at support@lockedfans.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what was described, please contact us at support@lockedfans.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.
After reviewing your claim, we will, at our sole discretion:
