- 02 Sign in with your order email Sign in to the LockedFans app with the email you ordered with and your months apply automatically, or enter your order number in the app. For a gift, we email the person you're gifting right after payment, and their months start when they first sign in with that email.
- 03 Your months begin Already a member? New months start where your current time ends.
- 04 When they end They simply end, and nothing is charged. Paid plans aren't available yet. When they are, keeping LockedFans+ will be your choice.

What is LockedFans+?
The premium membership of the LockedFans app, the social network and accountability app for the chastity community. It isn't sold on its own yet: every order includes months of it.
How do my months get applied?
Automatically, when you sign in to the LockedFans app with the email you used for your order. If your account uses a different email, enter your order number in the app instead.
What happens when my months end?
They simply end, and nothing is charged. We don't ask for a card, and paid plans aren't available yet. When they are, keeping LockedFans+ will be your choice, and nothing will be charged unless you make it.
I already have LockedFans+. Do new months stack?
Yes. Each new order adds its months after the time you already hold. If your membership has lapsed, they start from the day they're applied. Within one order, months from different products add up; two of the same product count once.
I'm buying it as a gift. Who gets the months?
The person you're gifting, not you. Mark the order as a gift in your bag and add their name and email. We email them right after payment, and their months start when they first sign in to the LockedFans app with that email, or straight away if they already have an account with it. Any note you add is shown to them in the app.
What happens to the months if my order is refunded?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the months that order included may end. Months from your other orders aren’t affected.
Do I need the app to use my gear?
No. Nothing we sell needs the LockedFans app to work. The app adds community and accountability, and it's where your LockedFans+ months are used.
